Pflanex has a simple return policy. You can return any unopened Pflanex item, except frozen foods, for a refund with no questions asked. To obtain a refund, simply call Pflanex's Customer Service department at +679 7651349 Returns must be requested within 30 days after receiving the package.

You must include the original packing slip that came with the order. If you do not have a packing slip, please write the original order number on a paper enclosed within your package and send the return to:
