ICulture Fiji – Return & Refund Policy

 

At ICulture Fiji, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

 

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

 

The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item.

 

The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

 

 

Certain products, such as cosmetics, skincare, medical equipment, undergarments, and perishable goods, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

2. How to Request a Return

 

If you need to return an item, follow these steps:

 

1. Contact Us – Message our social media page or email us with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

 

 

2. Approval Process – Our team will review your request and inform you if the return is approved.

 

 

3. Return the Item – Once approved, you can return the item to our Makoi, Suva location or via local postage at your own cost.

 

 

4. Refund or Replacement – After inspection, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.

 

 

 

3. Refund Policy

 

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (MPaisa or bank transfer).

 

Processing Time: Refunds may take 3-5 business days after approval.

 

Non-Refundable Items: Items returned without prior approval or those that do not meet return criteria will not be refunded.

 

 

4. Order Cancellations

 

Orders can be canceled before shipment from Australia for a refund, do keep in mind, any preorders from Australian market, there will be $20% cancellation fees for handling and restocking the item, or Postage cost to return the item to the supplier. 

 

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where ICulture Fiji has sent the wrong or faulty item.

 

Shipping fees paid during purchase are non-refundable.

 

 

6. Exchange Policy

 

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and customers must cover additional shipping costs.

 

7. Customer Responsibility

 

Before placing an order, please:

 

Check product descriptions and sizes carefully.

 

Verify product compatibility for electronics, mechanical parts, and other specific items.

 

Ensure correct shipping information is provided to avoid delivery issues.
