Return Window
Items are to be returned within seven(7) days upon purchase confirmation date

Condition
Items should be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all original
accessories, manuals, and any included promotional items. Item should not
be damaged or come in contact with liquid such as water or beverages etc.

Proof of Purchase
Original receipt or proof of purchase from zoom cart is required to process return
Without any reciept or evidence of purchase the refund or return will no be accepted

met the criteria in regards to return window, condition and proof of purchase we will
proceed for refund or relacement.

Refunds/Replacement
The refund or replacment will be done once item has been recieved and accessed based on
above criteria. This will normally be done within a day or two

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be the buyers responsibilty

Exceptions and Special Conditions
Items that are non-returnable includes damages to package/item such as physical damages.
Items marked as final sale or on clearance might not be eligible for return.
