Terms & Conditions
- On receipt of payment, your booking will be processed. A final voucher will be sent once all services are confirmed.
- This Voucher can be presented at the site on arrival to avail the services booked.
- In case a certain service is not available for your chosen dates; we will offer alternative dates. However, if you are not satisfied with the alternative dates, we will be happy to refund your payment and cancel the booking.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 21 working days.
- Once a voucher has been sent and the services have been confirmed, cancellation charges will apply for cancellation of bookings.
- Kindly refer to the details in the description for Date change, No-shows and cancellation policy.
- Rates are quoted in Fijian dollars and are valid until December 31, 2021. These rates are for locals only. Dynasty Tours & Travels reserves the right to review rates should there be changes in government policies and rates of service providers.
- If you have a complaint while on tour, kindly contact the service provider immediately. Once the service is complete, no refunds will be given for unsatisfied services.
Date change, No-show and Cancellation Policy
- Reservations canceled more than 15 days prior to the tour/package will incur an admin fee of FJD 50.00/person to change the dates or cancel the booking.
- Reservations cancelled between 7 - 14 days will incur a cancellation fee of FJD 50.00 or 50% (whichever is higher), however rescheduling will be permitted on payment of FJD 50.00/ person
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days will result in 100% cancellation fee. Rescheduling may or may not be permissible depending on the tour/package booked.
- No shows or unutilized services / vouchers cannot be amended or utilized; and will be forfeited. A 100% no show fee will apply.
Liability
- Dynasty Tours & Travels only act as agents of the passengers in matters relating to accommodation, sightseeing tours and transport whether by aircraft, road, motor coach, ship, boat or any other means and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage arising in any case in any matter and accepts no responsibility of that operator whatsoever.
- All care is taken, however on making a booking it is agreed that Dynasty shall not be liable and accepts no responsibility for any personal injuries, damages, loss or theft of property incurred during your tour/package.
- In case of any Natural disruptions, such as a cyclone or severe storm, it may be necessary to postpone or cancel a service. Alternate dates will be provided. Cancellations or amendments of bookings due to cyclone or other severe natural disaster in Fiji can be requested at that time.
- Pandemic, Acts of God, government action, national or local emergency, civil commotion, riot, war or other force majeure events beyond control, 100% deposit will be held as a travel credit to be used later. However, if the special offer is not available anymore, the credit will be held to utilize on any other Dynasty Tours & Travels service. For refunds, a fee will apply.
- Dynasty Tours & Travels reserves the right to alter prices, times, itineraries or arrange alternative transportation and services if required.
