The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery

Exchanges or Refunds (For online Exchanges/ Refunds, delivery fees will be at your cost) 

• The information I need to bring in-store or send online for the refund?

Proof of purchase is required and photographs of the item needed (if online) to be exchanged or refund.

• Conditions the product must be in to be valid for return?

The product must be in original unused condition as purchased with labels and tags attached.

The product has not been engraved, worn, altered, washed or resized.

The product has not been damaged whilst in the customer’s possession.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
