ELPIZO TECH - Return Policy
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of ELPIZO TECHNOLOGY. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased only from ELPIZO TECHNOLOGY. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in the device under normal use during the Warranty Period of 60 days from the date of purchase. During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective within 28 days from the date we receive the device for repairing.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
· Physical damage eg. screen damage, lines on screen, ghost screen.etc
· liquid damage eg. water damage
· Electrical Damage eg. (Short circuit)
· installing apps from unknown source (ONLY PLAYSTORE, GALAXY STORE & APPSTORE ACCEPTED).
· Repair done by individual or service center.
· Damage caused by using uncertified accessories eg. (chargers)
As per our viticart return policy, the customer should return the device after signing out icloud account, once we receive the phone we will check to confirm all is ok then we will send out the replacement, if any physical damages found, we will be fixing the phone with charges as per warranty terms and conditions.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
To Return a Product, Call us and let us know the valid reason.
To return a product you must EMS the goods directly to our office Location 428 Ratu Mara, Samabula.
Note : EMS fees should be paid by sender when returning Goods Back for warranty services.
