Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by publishing the changed terms on the LomaVata Tech Services newsletters.

Warranty is not covered for items damaged physically or by electrical spikes and surges. All items has back to base warranty.

Goods and digital products remain the property of LomaVata Tech Services until payment in full has been received.

LomaVata Tech Services reserves the right to collect any unpaid Goods or services provided by any Lawful means and register any outstanding debts with the appropriate Authorities.

All Legal fees will be paid by the Purchasers Error and Omissions Excepted (E&OE).

LomaVata Tech Services have 7 day return preiod, provided that the item is still in original seal packaging.

No re-stocking fee is charged to the customers.  

Refunds over $100 by cheque from head office.
