- Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for products that are defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Process for Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@bible.org.fj or 7339988 ext 1020 or 1015 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Clearly state the reason for the return and include the RMA number on the packaging.
- Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.
- Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it for the same product. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, bookmarks, and knick-knacks.
- Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
